Antenatal Package
£80
Preparing to feed your baby can feel overwhelming, especially with so much conflicting advice out there. This antenatal package is designed to give you clear, evidence-based guidance and the confidence to start your feeding journey feeling calm, informed, and supported.
During our session, we’ll explore how feeding works in the early days, what to expect from your baby, and how to recognise when things are going well, positioning and attachment, responsive feeding and ways to support your milk supply from the very beginning.
There will also be time to discuss your personal circumstances, preferences, and any concerns you may have.
You’ll leave with practical knowledge, realistic expectations, and a personalised plan tailored to you and your baby—so you can approach those first feeds with confidence.
This package includes:
• A comprehensive antenatal consultation (in-person or virtual)
• Tailored guidance based on your individual needs
• Resources to refer back to after our session
• Opportunity for follow-up questions for 2 weeks via what’s app
